This week features a refreshing avocado smoothie to conquer these hot Summer days. Blended with mint, fennel, and coriander you’ll feel yourself come alive to this sensory explosion. This awesome fruit plays a pivotal role in creating this smooth and creamy concoction as the base note that intermingles the other ingredients.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Blend together the avocado, milk, mint, fennel, coriander, and honey until smooth.
Top with almond, coconut and Craisins.
Let chill in the refrigerator for a cool crisp smoothie.
