CREAMY CUCUMBER

Have you ever wondered about how to make your own vanilla extract or any other kind of extract? Well, sure enough, I have. And to prove it, I made an entire blog post about it (this is it). Not only is making your own extracts a fun activity but your finished product will look ten times prettier than what you’ll find in the store. What I loved most about this project was just how cheap you can make everything while store bought extracts cost a good chunk of change. So now, if you haven’t already, begin to wonder about making your own extracts. You won’t regret it.

Servings: 4 ounces

Level: Easy 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Vodka

Lemon peel, lime peel, orange peel, coffee grounds, or flaked coconut.

4 oz.

1 oz.

Directions:

Combine vodka and your choice of flavoring. Let sit for at least 1 week.
