Silken Hot Chocolate

When it's cold outside there's no better time to slap a pot on the stove and steam up some hot chocolate! This recipe is super simple with no crazy ingredients or techniques preventing you from getting your pipping mug of coco.

 

 If you love that deep, rich, dark chocolate taste this batch of hot chocolate will fulfill your every chocolate dream! So get cooking, and enjoy the coldest of days!

 

 

 

Silken Hot Chocolate

Prep Time: 5 mins.                                                   Total Time: 10 mins.                                           Servings: 2 servings   

 

Ingredients               

 

 

Fudgy Hot Chocolate ​​

  • 2 cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 

  • 1/2 cup special dark cocoa powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

 

1. In a small sauce pot, combine and heat all ingredients to a boil then remove from heat. 

 

Notes

  *Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick!

  *Add a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon for some depth!

  *Swap for strawberry milk for a crazy combo!
